Courses

Course content has to strictly abide by usage policies and related terms and conditions. This includes our own policies and terms, but also the policies provided by the brands or owners of the channels over which your Courses are configured to be delivered. Course Content owners are responsible for adhering to any copyright notices related to their Courses and are solely responsible for the content within it. Any support relating to, or any claims (legal and any other) resulting from it will always be processed and owned by the Course Content owner.

Course Wallets

Funds in your Course wallets (available to Course Content owners) are non-transferrable and non-refundable. This is true under any conditions, including when you should decide to completely delete your THENSA OLP account. The reason for this is simply because we are working under the same restrictions within the instant messaging frameworks.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the website (or any part of) with or without notice to you and confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or
Make amendments to these conditions, and your continued use of the Website (or any part of) following such amendments shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such amendments. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.
We will reasonably endeavour to maintain the website and as such the Website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of this website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all, or part of the website due to circumstances beyond our control

Transaction Currency

Available transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR). For such available transactions we will accept credit card payments via our website as well as direct payments via EFT or bank deposit. EFT payments have to reflect in our bank account before goods or services will be made available.

Return / Refund Policy

As we are a professional services company, there is no exchange of physical goods. Any cancellations are subject to the terms & conditions of the respective third party providers, which we make use of.

Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions.

You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions.

Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase through this website.

Please note that international orders are subject to the destination country’s VAT and import duties. The purchaser is liable for these charges and THENSA OLP will not facilitate payment of any import related costs or duties.
