Deletion of All Account Related Data Upon User Request
You may choose to delete any and all data and information associated with your THENSA OLP account. In such case you are welcome to do so by performing any of the following actions:
- If you have interacted with THENSA OLP from WhatsApp or Telegram mostly, and never manually created an account from within our website, you are welcome to send the following message to us from the number you performed the respective interactions from. The message you can send is: DELETE SYSTEM ACCOUNT. To confirm, this message can be sent to us from the same place within for example WhatsApp where we have sent you notifications to and from where you have interacted with our services.
- If you have manually created an account within this website, please login with your account and navigate to your Dashboard from where you can select the Delete System Account option. This link will only be available to logged-in users.
Please note, there will be no further confirmation of these requests once received. If you choose to message us as described above, or to use the link within your dashboard after login, all your data will be instantly deleted from our systems, including any of your Courses or other data associated with your account.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed by our servers within the Cloud. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
